1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to MacHTML services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
MacHTML reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via website notice or email. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
2. Service Description
MacHTML provides cloud server rental services based on Mac Mini M4, including but not limited to:
- Dedicated Physical Server Rental
- VNC Remote Desktop Access
- SSH Terminal Access
- Network Storage Expansion Service
- Technical Support Service
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Requirements
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. You are
required to provide a valid email address to verify your identity.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all
activities that occur under your account. If you discover any unauthorized use, please
notify us immediately.
3.3 One Account Per Person
Each user may only register one account. Registering with false information or transferring
accounts is prohibited.
4. Service Usage Norms
4.1 Lawful Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the
service for the following activities:
- Violating any laws or regulations
- Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Sending spam or conducting cyber attacks
- Spreading malware or viruses
- Mining cryptocurrency (unless explicitly authorized)
- Running proxy servers or VPN services (unless explicitly authorized)
- Engaging in any activity that may damage servers or networks
4.2 Resource Usage
Your server configuration has specific resource limits (CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth).
Excessive resource usage may result in service restriction or suspension.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
5.1 Billing Cycle
Services are charged based on the selected billing cycle (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly).
Fees are prepaid at the beginning of the service period.
5.2 Auto-Renewal
Except for daily payments, other billing cycles have auto-renewal enabled by default. You
can cancel auto-renewal at any time in the console.
5.3 Refund Policy
- Full refund available within 24 hours for new service purchases
- Pro-rated refund available if major service failure renders it unusable for over 24
hours
- No refunds for used service time
- No refunds for service termination due to violation of Terms of Service
5.4 Price Adjustments
MacHTML reserves the right to adjust service prices. Price changes will be notified 30 days
in advance and will not affect existing subscription cycles.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
6.1 Availability Guarantee
We commit to 99.5% monthly service availability (excluding scheduled maintenance).
6.2 Scheduled Maintenance
We will provide at least 48 hours notice for scheduled maintenance. Emergency maintenance
may not have advance notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within MacHTML website and services (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software) is the property of MacHTML or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
Content you store on the server remains yours. You grant us a limited license only as necessary to provide the service.
8. Privacy Protection
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy 。
9. Termination of Service
9.1 Your Termination Rights
You may cancel the service at any time. After cancelling auto-renewal, the service will
terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.
9.2 Our Termination Rights
If you violate these terms, we have the right to immediately suspend or terminate your
service without refund.
10. Disclaimer
Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MacHTML does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
MacHTML is not responsible for:
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government actions, etc.)
- Failures of third-party service providers
- Loss or corruption of your data
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service
11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MacHTML's total liability exceed the service fees paid by you in the three months prior to the event. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Negotiation
If you have any dispute regarding our services, please contact our customer support team
first, and we will try our best to resolve it amicably.
12.2 Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of China. Any dispute shall be submitted to the court
with jurisdiction at the service provider's location.
13. Other Terms
13.1 Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MacHTML regarding the service.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining
provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13.3 Assignment
You may not assign any rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written
consent. We may freely assign our rights and obligations.
